Josh Samuel Tan Wensu
Josh’s expertise focuses on Building & Construction disputes and Adjudications under the SOP Act (Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act).
He formerly practiced with the construction team at one of the “big four” law firms in Singapore, before starting his own practice at Cecil Law.
Josh has successfully argued as lead counsel in dispute matters including in the High Court of Singapore and in construction adjudications. He has experience handling construction issues including delay, defects, variations, as well as jurisdictional issues relating to SOP Act proceedings.
Josh was featured in the Legal 500 Asia Pacific publication for Construction and International Arbitration in 2022 and 2023 respectively.
